WP Consultant is the right tool for people doing business online via a WordPress-powered site.

The plugin allows site visitors to enter their name and password and leave a message for the site admin.

The administrator will then be notified via email and will be able to answer the client's question when he logs in the site's backend the next time.

WP Consultant also keeps records of all active chats in the backend, so support management can go over past conversations and evaluate their employees or the quality of the provided answers.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
